The origin of the Tinker man are unknown, he is a ghost which Mersh is scared of. For all is known is that his body is made specifically for tinkering with. The Tinker man has the ability to to wear any face he chooses, blend his voice to any tone he pleases and change his physic to which ever he requires. With all these abilities, this makes him a very hard man to catch and to find. People aware of his existence are always on edge due to the fact he can be everywhere and everyone.
